Two workbooks for the record you keep today

Built while designing AccreditBook. Free, useful on their own, and their column headers match AccreditBook's fields, so the equipment register imports without remapping if you join later.

Excel workbook (.xlsx). Opens in Excel, Google Sheets and LibreOffice.

ISO/IEC 17025 internal audit calendar

A twelve-month audit programme with one row for every clause of ISO/IEC 17025:2017, from 4.1 to 8.9.

Programme
All 35 clauses with owner, auditor, twelve month columns (P for planned, C for completed), planned and performed dates, status and report reference. A coverage column flags any clause not scheduled in the cycle; an overdue column flags planned audits whose date has passed.
Audits
One row per audit: title, clauses covered, planned and performed dates, auditor, auditees, status, report reference and summary.
Findings
One row per finding: audit, clause, severity (observation, minor, major, opportunity), description, NCR number and closure date. The Programme counts findings and majors per clause from this sheet.
How to use
